Iberico Jamons

Buenos dias from Salamanca, Spain.
I hope all technical glitches are resolved and my photos will post right side up.

Let’s talk about food.

If you love Iberico jamon or ham, Spanish olives, Queso Manchego cheese, savory sopas, the best of bread–wish you were here.

Most of the cheeses, jamon and olives are from all regions of Spain and most are classified as Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.—Denominación de Origen Protegida) by Spain and the European Union. And rightfully so, they are spectacular in simplicity, beauty and flavor.

What could be better. To read more click on the links above….delicioso!
Now to source all in the States when we return.
